Leve not completing right.

Kinda hard to read because PB keeps resizing it to lower res.

I killed all 2/2 mobs and it wouldnt give me the completion until time expired. Still got my credits but had to waste 30min...

That's working as intended.
From your screenshot I'm assuming "Pit Fighting" is a Company Leve. As you can read on the leve's description (top left corner) the main objective of the leve is Defeat as many enemies as possible in the time allowed. Mobs will keep spawning as long as there's time remaining so you can fight more mobs in order to get more Experience Points, which is main objective of doing leves.
The "problem" arise when the player is not doing Company Leves in order to get Experience Points, but to get Company Seals instead, but that's not an issue per se.

PS. On a side note, you can increase rewarded Company Seals by increasing the amount of defeated mobs.
