how do i report players

hi,ive had it with toxicity and backseat gaming in the duty finder,i was in a stream and people started telling me what to do, i told them to stop backseat gaming while on stream and that i would leave...they accused me of being a bot while i was typing that in, tried to leave only to die and it would not let me leave duty due to them being in combat, asked them to boot me from game and they told me to sit tight and everyone said they wouldn't rez me and made me wait till the end of the game to get revived. i have a clip and would like to link it to a support agent via email or by official means so these players can be dealt with and have consequences for their toxicity and in game harrasment.

You can press ESC or go to the system menu, then click support desk and under contact us you can report harassment. There are more specific support forms in the FAQ for specific forms of harassment.

The harassment will probably need to have happened in the game, not in your stream chat.

no it didnt happen in stream chat, but i do have video evidence as it happened sometime yesterday morning i believe so how do get in contact with support if it happened yesterday, is there a form i need to fill out and link the video to it, or can reporting players happen only ingame.
im ps4 btw.

I explained how. You can do it in the game even if it's a PS4.

Square Enix shouldn't need your video evidence. They will have the logs that they can see what was said by each party and will punish appropriately.
