Macros replaced by old ones after conecction lost

Area and Coordinates: Limsa Lominsa > Upper Decks (X:7, Y:3)
Party or Solo: Solo
NPC Name: N/A
Monster Name: N/A
In-Game Time: 20:00 aprox.
Steps:

1. Got disconnected due to whole internet connection lost.
2. Got error messages (cannot tell which ones) and closed program by hitting "Quit" on "Start Menu".
3. Rebooted router in order to solve connection issues.
4. Log in to the game and noticed all my macros were replaced by old ones.

Really don't know if it's a Technical issue; please, feel free to move it there if you see fit.

PS. I feel I'm gonna die... :(

EDIT: The problem is worse than expected. It seems I've experienced a "roll back" (msp?) issue affecting aforementioned Macro System and Configuration of some UI options aswell. I.e. own character's name is being displayed, though I had hidden it as soon as the feature was released. Same for Highlight Target feature (ON before connection lost, OFF after that).

I assume this was shortly after changing those macros? I don't think they don't save immediately unless you log out (not sure when they save if you don't).

Not at all. Macros were not changed throughout the day. IIRC last change I made was last night and there were no issues when I log in this morning.
Anyways, thank you very much for asking, Raldo. This is the very first time that I've experienced such issue and I'm a bit shocked, so is cool to find players trying to help me out :o
