A question about reporting multiple players

I'm new to MMO's in general and I'm hoping this is the right channel to ask this question.

If there are several players participating in prohibited behavior over a period of time, should I make one single report or should I report each player individually?

To be more specific, there are several players that are going out of their way to spread rumors and defame a player that I know personally. It has gotten to the point where it's known by a large number of players, many of which agree that this is targeted harassment. Not only that but they're all accusing him of different things without any proof.

We agreed to wait to see if things would blow over, but since they haven't, I'm writing up a report on his behalf. Should I report them individually or should I make one report on them all?

If they're all part of the same problem, report them as a whole. List each name and their server name (I usually grab their lodestone pages) and report.

But you need to know that a lot of reports if it's not pointed at you probably won't get too much traction unless it's a big violation of the rules, which is up to the staff to debate over.
