A Dream Fulfilled Relic Stat Reassignment Issue

I know this is a very very minor issue but I figured it's worth pointing out in case it affects others!

Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: All times Eorzea Time, 9:50pm ST
Area and coordinates: Idyllshire ( 6.4 , 4.7 )
Housing: N/A
Steps:
1. Approach Ulan with the quest A Dream Fulfilled open and the relic weapon equipped
2. Select "Foster the anima's growth"
3. Message appears: System changes require a redistribution of attribute points allocated to your weapon based on previous reservoir of treated crystal sand in the weapon
4. Attempt to reallocate points (fig.1)
5. "Allocate" button is unselectable
6. Exchange poetics for umbrite and exchange materials for crystal sand
7. Treat the crystal sand
8. Even without using new treated crystal sand, the "allocate" button is now selectable LINK (fig.2)
