So..used in new receipes..I realize its used as a Weaver receipe, but its a Reagent.....did SE forget to add something in this patch or is this item found somewhere else? I cant find a shop for it, or a receipe to make it anywhere.

FYI, It wasn't on sale because the first day of the patch the Ul'dah Hamlet was already in Defense phase at Supply level 0. This probably doesn't show up until Supply Level 1, or possibly only during the Supply phase as it became available the day after.
