Problem with Radeon RX6700 XT

So I finished building my PC today. I launched FF14 with factory drivers and it ran fine, I had some FPS hitches in Ul'dah however that was to be expected. Upon updating the drivers I started getting red splotches across my screen and they would flash randomly. I rolled the drivers back to a previous version and the same problem occurred. I completely uninstalled the game and re installed. I switched my display port cables to each of the slots and even tried HDMI. the red splotches would not go away. When I went to record the game through OBS it completely stopped. They would appear for 1 or 2 frames before disappearing and than reappearing in random spots, so getting a screen shot is not practical. I am not sure if this is a problem with FF14's compatibility with the drivers or if it is something else. After trouble shooting it seems the problem is the Radeon Software program that runs my drivers. I know it is not faulty hardware because I played several games for several hours with perfect performance and no tearing or graphical issues.
