Scam Warning

There are pm's being sent to players about a 300mil giveaway you just have to post a number in a forum thread, they also ask you to help by passing the link along.

This is not legit, the site looks like the ff forums but it is just a trick to get your login info. Normally i'd spot em but thanx to only having 3 hours sleep due to having to work early today i missed it and logged into the thing, quickly realised after it wasn't legit.

Luckily i have authenticator setup on my account so the login details on there own were usless and i changed by password quickly so i dodged a bullet there.

I'm embarassed to have fallen for that since i know better than to paste a link then login without checking it's legit first, so i decided to post about it here to warn others not to fall for it.

Those have been around since time immemorial.

We really don't need the 500th thread on this matter. Or at least create a "Scam Megathread" and post everything there. At any rate if people still fall for this they deserve it.
