Kicked out of my first Zot run.

Lemme tell ya'll a story that would make Tataru cry. Shortly before Endwalker launched my PC started dying on me. It took me forever to get it fixed.(Its a whole other story). Finally get it back up and running today and run through the intro zones, loving every minute of it. Theres twists and turns, humor, drama and plots abound! Great so far right? I get to the Tower of Zot! Oh boy! I've been waiting for weeks for this me and my Free Company are so hyped to run this for me. We accidentally go in with 2 healers, 1 dps, 1 tank. Oops, but hey, its a challenge now lets roll with it. We roll through the tower and get to the final encounter. Bing bang boom, we battle them down to about 15% HP left aaaaand...

I disconnect. Hours to log in. I get disconnected in my first dungeon run. And because of how the character log ins work it forces me out of the server logs me out. So its another 3-4 hours to get back in. Man, heartbreaking. We really need a grace period for disconnects that aren't AFK logouts so if we are at the keyboard and can get back in fast enough we dont loose our spot. Some sort of reservation system at least for the paying customers.
