Easier way to invite people to CWLS

Aloha-
Hope all is well. I have made a CWLS and posted it in Lode stone and people want to join but I do player search and nothing. By the time i can get to them they lose interest. And I also applied to LS via Lode stone but the same thing seems to be happening. I tried looking it up but it says in person or player search but they must be on. Other than that I know of no other way to invite them. If there is an easier way can anyone let me know.
