Make it so that when you use Pick Clean, it activates a buff that, for the duration of the node, you will expend 100 GP, until you're out of GP, whenever you gather something and use Bountiful Yield II on the object you're gathering.
I think it would be a nice QoL, allowing us to get the effect of BYII on Quick Gathering, while also being thematically the same in terms of the skill's name.
