Latency and lag on console since patch

Ridiculous latency issues, where my character is walking off without input or not casting when needed resulting in near deaths in silly easy runs. My ps4 is hardwired to fibre and controller directly connected to ensure it isn't a Bluetooth issue. It seems odd that I've never had lag in this game ever until today, all day. Pc users seem fine, well according to one's I've spoken to. Seems like a console issue.
No way to replicate as it is random and just keeps happening all day, especially during fights. Not a network issue on our end.
On EU Pheonix. Happening since 9am onwards.
