world transfer question

Hi! :)

I know that is certainly a lot to do and it also has its reasons why much is blocked. ^^

However, I have a question... I really want to play together with my brothers the new Endwalker, however, we are on other data servers and I check now for days... again and again on the Mogry Station after whether the option for the world transfer is open... however, I always had bad luck :(

I would be very happy if it would somehow be possible to perform a world transfer I am aware that all servers just bursting with players.

Is there any information when that would be possible? are there certain times for it? or a certain day? Or will it just be reactivated at some point and you do not know when :(?
