Few things i would like to see "fixed" on rdm

I really really love the actual rdm, i love the "new" mechanics and so on.
What i really wish to change tho:

- Reprise cost too much now.... I did not min/max but im 80% sure that using reprise is a dps lost when you have to move and may be better to just avoid any cast if acceleration/swiftcast are not there. (Ofc if someone did min/mx and is instead still a dps gain, correct me).
It should cost 2/2 or 3/3 instead imo.

- Corps-a-corps/Displacement/Engagement
Atm you just use these stuffs mostly whenever you can and kinda make meh the 2 stacks.

I would love to see the potency of these skills reduced to something like an auto attack, BUT get "enhanced Corps-a-corps" whenever you are at 50/50+ mana with an increse of potency (160 maybe?). At the same time i would add a mini CD of about 1 second, to avoid to double Corps-a-corps when at 50/50+ mana or we would get the same problem as now.
Then get "Enhanced Displacement/Engagement" whenever you get 3 stacks of mana and increase the potency (220?) with the same mini CD of 1s to avoid double weave during the 3stacks.

In this way, you will still be able to use the 2 stacks as movement utility and at the same time save it for when you need to go in melee asap and still get good dps.
