Issue with ARR Relic Quest "Morbid Motivation"

Steps:
1. Entered level 50/60/70/80 dungeon roulette after accepting the daily quest Morbid Motivation with a full premade party, Matoya's Relic was selected by the roulette
2. Did not receive a "sack of adventurer's effects" quest key item upon successful completion of the duty
3. Upon online research, discovered a potentially similar issue that occurred with this quest upon completion of lvl 70 dungeons in this roulette immediately after the release of Shadowbringers

Can confirm same issue for Anima relic. Given a key item cloth, requested to enter a 50/60/70/80 dungeon with cloth in key items. Did that, the cloth did not convert to new item for hand in and progression, had to purchase singing shard instead as could not progress. This was console on Pheonix.
