RE: You cannot summon that retainer right now.

This is a followup to my previous thread: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/44446-You-cannot-summon-that-retainer-right-now.

I don't mean to be impatient, but patch 1.22a is now out and I still cannot summon my retainer. Since this issue is somewhat effecting my ability to play properly, and I am paying a monthly subscription to play this game, is there anything a GM or anyone can do to try and resolve this?

We have received your previous report, and it is currently under investigation. Unfortunately a GM would not be able to resolve the issue, and we apologize for any frustration it has caused.
