Reclaiming gone collector's edition items

I was wondering if you could reclaim collector edition items that you sold/discarded. Eg baron helm, helm of light and etc? if so how can you reclaim them

You can find them at a calamity salvager at any of the starting cities

I have gone through them, under what selection? because i am pretty sure i went through them all. Does transferring worlds make u lost them permanently?
