How do you spend your time in the login queue?
If I get stuck in a longer queue, I spend it drawing... or trying to.
I'm a bit slow to start sometimes, so I can easily waste a solid hour and a half just staring at a blank canvas for lack of ideas/epiphany about the ideal execution for a particular piece. Since I've kind of forgotten how to just doodle, every single thing I draw is a fully shaded affair, so, between mapping out a piece, doing the lineart, and coloring it, it'll take me far longer than any queue I've experienced thus far.
If it's not that, I just chat with my FC, vacuum my house, brush the cat, etc.
Forum lurking or youtube. Or both. Usually both.
Either browsing reddit, building my Warhammer backlog, watching youtube or just decide to wait until after dinner to start playing.
Cleaning - grooming - cooking - and anime. Just glad to be out of work and the whine people there... looking forward to logging in to be with my other whiny people. lol
Dishes, food, watching videos. I was using it to catch up on my Gunpla backlog, but that's done now. Maybe I should get back to Pokemon Brilliant Diamond.
Building the UCS AT-AT from LEGO. 2 bags left. And I've had it since the week of launch. Haven't spent a terrible amount of time in queue tbh. Maybe 2-2.5 hrs after work.
I do a bit of housework, or do dishes or cook something. A lot of times I have some kind of a time management game going at the same time and I will play that while waiting in the queue. I also watch TV or listen to podcasts and books on tape. Right now I am on this forum while waiting.
Forum or Reddit lurking, watching YouTube, or sharing progress with my other friends trapped in the queue. Which one of us will have the most 2002 errors before we get into the game?
Usually watching streams, playing Spore or reflecting about the direction my life is going and losing my motivation to play anything.
