I preordered Endwalker on Steam, but haven't tried playing it until today to wait until queues were not so high. When I went to log on it told me I had to register my CD Key. I pulled it up on steam and entered it into the prompt on the launcher. It told me the key was in use. I went to the mogstation and tried it there. It also told me the code had already been registered. I have tried so many ways of contacting support and everything is automated and seems to loop back around in circles and I just really need some help here. What can I do? Steam doesn't even let me refund DLCs so am I just out of luck here?

I have it on steam as well. The steam has the key, it should not ask for one.
However, you will not be able to run the game without a subscription. Do you have a subscription on the mog station and where do you try to redeem the code? -

Yes I have an active subscription. When I click play in steam it loads the FFXIV launcher. The Launcher asked for the Endwalker key. I got the endwalker key by right clicking the game in Steam and choosing "CD Keys". It lists all of my keys, just like every other expansion before I entered it. This time though it told me it was already registered. I had not tried to register it before, so that tells me my key was stolen or duplicates were given out of the same key.
Edit: My last payment date for my subscription was Dec 5, 2021. And I have my CD key in steam, but it is not accepting it when I click play on the Launcher and says it has been used. I have tried entering it on the Launcher and on the mogstation. The Launcher is what loads when I click play on Steam. I kind of explained all of this already. -

I suggest checking that it's the actual Endwalker key you are inputting and not the Endwalker pre-order key. It's probably not that, but worth checking anyway.
