Any lazy solution to track side quests completion?

Been running side quests clearing all the ! on the map.
Just want to ask if anyone has experience in 100% side quests and how to keep track without teleporting to every single map to check on recommendation or crosschecking the side quests list on the web.

I too am interested in this. While my friends and others say it doesn't matter much, part of my enjoyment is just clearing a map of objectives. Kinda like getting all the Tetra cards.
