So my girlfriend fell for one of those fake giveaway link (yeah i know its stupîd but thats not the point) and can't acces her account anymore (but the account is still linked to her email adress).
can anyone help me know how she can get her account back please and thank you.

Did her email account get hacked too? Because, you just need to change the password via forgot password link. It will send the change information to the email. Otherwise, like Karatecatgrl stated, contact SE and after it's resolved, you should make sure she opt in for the two-factor authentication. That way even if her account's password is compromised, they cannot get anywhere without the codes.
