randomly got kicked out to main menu and server ping goes haywire

basically, i just play as usual nothing happened and suddenly the game kicked me out to main screen and queue me back with 700+ others

the thing is i want to know why and is this from my end? because before and when it happened, my internet is fine (my podcast is smooth, my discord is also fine)

and when i ping my server (tonberry) it so chaotic, RTO everywhere, but at the same time i ping to other japan site (not ff14) and the ping is fine/normal, the same goes with other country website and even my own local ping

is this from server or is it mine? can someone help? already happened like 4 times this week
