Please reinstate the renaming service.
I was going to fantasia and name-change one of my characters to my Garlean character, but I can't name change. All people have to do is log out in an inn room in Ishgard, and THEN do the renaming service. If your data doesn't show up, log into a different character, log out - and your data will be there. Especially if you do it in the morning.
When is the renaming service going to be brought back? I'm sitting on Crysta for a name change that I can't use, and I have a Hyur named 'M'kana Tia' that I can't roleplay because I can't change his name. This is frustrating. First the queues, then the faulty NTT hop and 9006 disconnects: Now I can't even rename a character.
The expansion itself is amazing: The technical side of this launch has been an absolute NIGHTMARE.
