Stuck Loading into Stormblood maps

Hello,
A few days ago I came back to the game after a small hiatus and decided to pick back up on the story from where I was in Stormblood. Upon teleporting to Yanxia I was stuck in the loading screen for 5+ mins before I force closed FFXIV.

Since then I have been unable to log into my main account. I've looked through the forums for similar issues and have tried just about everything. Deleting character data in My Docs, Reinstalling the game, checked my firewall settings, playing in direct x9, updated drivers etc.

I've then created an alt to just start fresh, and as soon as I started the first quest to start stormblood and get taken to Gyr Abania, I've also been stuck in the loading screen for 30 mins unable to do anything.

Any help at all would be phenomenal.
