GPU constantly crashing

From what I can remember this has been a consistent problem since Endwalker has released. I'll log into the game and it crashes my GPU. As in, the game runs for a bit then my monitors go to black and say they have no signal, all sounds play in the background and from what I can tell everything functions except the video. I've looked around for multiple solutions and this seems like a problem that a lot of people have had with no fix. this happens to no other games I own. Here are some of the things I've tried to no avail.

• Going into the properties of the game and disabling full screen optimizations
• Removed any mods(I didn't have any in the first place)
• Went into my AMD software and turned up my power limit
• Deleted FFXIV.cfg
• Played only in windowed( that makes it work for longer but eventually it crashes)
• Ran nothing at all except XIV

I've really run out of options. here are my system stats:

• AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
• 16 GB Ram
• RX Vega 56 8 GB
