Anachronism introduced in MIN/BTN Studium Quest (EW MSQ spoilers)

In the lvl 90 Studium quest for MIN/BTN, Hinageshi is surprised that the Forum is planning for a mass exodus. This, however, was announced by the Forum to all of Sharlyan before we go to Elpis.

However, we had to turn in Elpis Staples for the Level 88 Studium quest.

A simple fix would be for Hinageshi to be surprised that they were actually working on research that dealt with that project, as opposed to the project existing in the first place.
