Its been a good while now..
In before the answers become "But the servers are already under stress"
Not really, and even multiple transfers would not put a dent in its performance.
What it would do however is help with this damn congestion as people will tyransfer to less congested worlds making the Qs overall way better.
So why not enable it by now...
Because they don't want your money, obviously!
The only current answer is the one you've mentioned.
It is because of server stress because people would do it during prime time and try to go to a more congested server because that's where their friends are.
They have to factor in the selfish players when they make decisions like this.
If I was looking to transfer, I'd rather way for it to be safe for them to do or them to turn it on hoping for players to be smart about it and have servers start crashing because everyone tries to dogpile onto a few servers.
I'm waiting to move one of my characters to an eu server. I'm unsubbed atm because i don't have time to waste 2-5 hours in que during the work week.
