Going to speculate since i'm bored at work.

This would mean I would be blitzing non-stop and phantom rush every 24 seconds.

*stares at the BLM* "Listen to me!"

I'd be happy to remove Form Shift as a button and just have it trigger automatically if you spend more than a GCD's time off the GCD, since that's all its use ever amounted to.

I'd also be fine with consuming Perfect Balance's final stack causing Formless Fist, instead of Blitz causing it.

But, it doesn't take more than a moment to realize that PB needs a cooldown so long as it's tied to Blitz and we want Blitz to actually hit for something worth a damn.
