The starting quest is given by Keiten (Kugane). Its name is Dramatis Personae. The prerequisite for that quest is the end of Stormblood, namely the quest Stormblood. I have done that quest but Keiten does not give a quest at all... nothing is happening...?? I suppose I have missed something..but what?

The only way you can be done with Stormblood and Keiten doesn't offer any quest (even Red) is if you already have it sitting in your quest log and forgot, or you already did the first part and the next quest is sitting invisible to your map on the Prima Vista where you can't see it without entering.
