[NO SPOILERS] How would you rate all the aspects of Endwalker so far?

NOTE: While I sympathize with and mostly share the pain of everyone who can't actually get into the game due to the queue, errors, or connection issues, this thread isn't for further complaints about that, as this would then just be yet another thread flooding the forum about the topic. If you're here to say 0/10 because you can't play the game, please don't.

On a scale of 1 through 10, how would you say Endwalker came out as an expansion? I mean for this thread to not have any spoilers, and shouldn't exclude anyone no matter where in the story they are. Please be mindful of this as you are making your reply.

It also might be pertinent to say what level quests you're at currently, or if you've completely finished the MSQ.

For me personally at the very end of level 82 quests, my rankings are:

Story: 8/10. Kinda hammy, but I can tell it's building up to something very cool.
Job Changes: 10/10. The few jobs that I play with any frequency, being PLD and AST, came out of the crucible much better than they were before.
Dungeons: 4/10. You do one dungeon by my place in the story, and it seems to be falling for the trend of recent expacs having very 'set-piece'y dungeons, as in you walk down a linear hallway, kill mobs, kill a boss, repeat. It's story dressing.
The Quests: 6/10. Separated from the story, the quests themselves aren't that interesting. I can think of maybe 2 that were pretty unique, out of the many that you do up to this point.
New Jobs: 9/10. I love Sage. So much. Haven't played Reaper, but it looks like a blast as well.
Art: 8/10. I'm a sucker for expansion art, and thusfar everything has been absolutely beautiful. I was kinda thrown off by a repeating texture in a cave you have to walk through, but otherwise no complains.
Music: 10/10. One word: Garlemald.

The Story (based on where you are in it) 7/10 ShB was better IMO. Zones over stayed there welcome with a large plot development at the end of each one to keep you engaged.
The Job Changes 7/10 Class homogenization between tanks and healers still exists. DRK sucks. As controversial I like summoner changes although it needs some changes. MNK needs help. Its mostly positive a lot of meh.
The Dungeons 8/10 dungeons were mostly solid. Breaking up the levels they unlock would be nice. Good example is the first trial would be nice if it opened after the boring quests you do.
The Quests: 3/10 There are 5 types of quests. Go talk to x. Go to x destination. Escort X to talk to X. Escort X to X destination and stealth. MSQ is mostly cut scenes you class will go from 80-90 with minimal combat. Easily the worst questing in an expansion yet.
The New Jobs 5/10 Sage is under powered and Reaper is over powered. Typical job release.
The Art 6/10 most zones are meh. The moon looks like the moon. Garlemald looks like it does in ShB. Only gets a 6 because the final area is awesome looking.
The Music 7/10 music is usually good. I cannot stand the music for half the zones in this expansion.

The expansion makes for an entertaining 30 hour movie. Some of the zones are there to establish a key plot point that does not require an entire quest line through a zone. I wish SE had the courage to do more things with out fear of back lash. An example of this is when Nanamo was poisoned but next expansion due to back lash of the whiners it was just a sleeping potion. Surprise they did what they did with Garlemald and I love the zone for being as dark as it was. Ending is over the top nuts and fun. Sadly the experiences between the hype points in the story were very bland. I have chilled with the scions enough, I do not need a chill session between every zone.

Also spoiler, Tataru is not killed off so I have to deal with her annoyance still. Yoshi P Please end her.

Imma just rate everything a 10/10. I genuinely had no complaints aside from login queues. I had an amazing experience, loved every bit of it. Was always engaged and kept on the edge of my seat. Rating anything under the 10 isn't even being critical. It's being negative for negativity sakes. Endwalker was the best game I ever played and it left a great expression on me.

Considering I haven't been able to play the story all I could rank is the login screen. And honestly it's not as good as I would've hoped. It's better than the Shadowbringers one, but that's not a hard one to beat. My favorite will always be Stormblood. I love the flash of fire into the flag with the drums leading you into the game.

I'd give the login screen a 6 or a 7 out of 10.

The Story 8/10, I felt like some parts of the story were rushed, or there were some scenes within the story that much left a massive cloud of annoyance and questions.
The Job Changes - 7/10, DRK I don't like very much at the moment
The Dungeons - 9/10, the only pitfall for me is I feel like trashpacks burn too quickly. I felt like they're more difficult now than in ShB, same with trials
The Quests 9/10, some of them have really nice expressions on them
The New Jobs 10/10, I'm in love with Reaper, still not experienced Sage completely
The Art 9/10
The Music - 10/10, I felt like they captured the moods of the story really well here

Look, the last zone had me crying for 2 hours straight. For me, all a success!

The Story 6/10 Story was full of mcguffins, disregard for its own lore, and certain things that turned out to be just pointless (a certain sequence in Garlemald really stands out for this). Shadowbringers had a better, more cohesive story. Endwalker is just fanservice and banking on nostalgia.

The Job Changes 6/10 From the jobs I've played, I've hated some of the changes. I like new Summoner but dislike MNK and BRD. Have more to level.

The Dungeons 6/10 Babil and Vanaspati are great. The 81 and 89 dungeon are meh.
The Quests N/A I would lump this in with the story. I don't do sidequests.
The New Jobs N/A Haven't tried either yet and probably won't for awhile.
The Art 8/10 Some places are really beautiful.
The Music 8/10 Well come and well met, my brave little spark.

Story: 8/10 - ShB was better, but EW was still good. The zone after the lvl 65 dungeon captured my heart.
Job Changes: 7/10 - I really don't know. I play RPR, MCH, SGE, and PLD so my expertise is limited. I love what I see, but I'll rate lower just by knowing people despise DRK.
Dungeons: 8/10 - All dungeons are good for is telling a story, and they do that in EW wonderfully. However, I really hate the last two endgame dungeons. That removes the 2 points from me.
The Quests: 6/10 - Quests are quests. I think the stalking and companion quests were much needed to break up the variety of quests, but they overused it.
New Jobs: 10/10 - Amazing jobs with few flaws. I'm using both already in endgame.
Art: 10/10 - Everything has been beautiful.
Music: 9/10 - Whatever that repeating song in Labryinthos was the second time we went was way too short to loop like that. I also don't like the song enough in the last zone to hear it constantly.

Basically this for me. Except I've only been playing GNB.

That sequence in Garlemald was such a waste. I get that they wanted to draw some dramatic parallels but it was resolved almost as soon as it happened. Totally inconsequential.

Story is breath taking, surprising, best ever seen in a mmo. 10/10

Job Changes, just played Paladin and Scholar, not much changed and good overall. 9/10

Dungeons nice done, just a few bosses a bit over tuned. 8/10

Mostly Quests great done 9/10, but those "follow do not see me" and "play something else" both just crap. 0/10

New jobs have not played yet, too much to do otherwise ingame.

Music and art great 9/10
