Hiya! I'm having some trouble with my launcher. Each time I launch it, I get the error:

hit yes white screen with DirectX 9 No Longer Supported (using dx11)
edit i click the DirectX 9 No Longer Supported

saw two posts on clearing cookies in ie/edge and have done that totally lost
edit: i've uninstalled and reinstalled launcher getting same error, redownloaded dx11
