3500 person queue at 1020 in the evening is unacceptable.

Have you even bothered to bribe the hamsters with nuts? Works wonders for queue times.

Short of getting nee servers to add there is not much they can do to address the long ques. They cannot get servers at the moment due the shortage, they have tried even willing to pay more for them. There are none out there to get.

you mean 7:18 PST? When the entire west coast is mid-primetime? did you forget they exist?

Dude, they cannot buy server hardware even above market price because of the global chip shortage. This is going to be a problem for the foreseeable future. It's not going to change substantially anytime soon. The game has massively surged in popularity as well. It is what it is.
