Providing a game service instead of a log in experience...

Well, yet another Square screw up, this one only exceeded by the original release of FFXIV.

You know how many people bought the game so why are there 6 hour queues on servers?

You, ie Square Enix, are being paid to provide a gaming service, which as it currently goes, you are failing to do for a significant number of people.

either sort out the problem or get the cheque book out and start to compensate players and/or refund, most players do not get the time to sit in a 6 hour log in queue and they play the game.

We accept this shit too often, company's need to be held accountable for this, you wouldn't buy a car or rent a house you had to wait 6 hours to use so why do we except this with games?
