i2501 when trying to register Endwalker

Can't register the game and now I'm locked out.

Have already tried:
Disabling VPN
Trying it on 3 different browsers
Trying it on mobile data with my phone
Trying it after waiting for days now
Clearing my cache on browser

Sent a ticket but I can't even tell if the ticket is actually in a pool because the bloody website is garbage, not sure if there's a place where I can check my ticket history.

I've been experiencing the same problem. Every solutions and workaround didn't solve it.

and I am wondering the same thing about the place where I can check my ticket too!

I got a reply from support... telling me to try the things I literally just told them I already tried.
I can tell I'm not going to be playing Endwalker for the next few days. Sigh.

When did you get your reply? I submitted the EU support form (i’m in the US, but figured i’d try) for this error and they didn’t even confirm the ticket until this morning.

Is it okay to submit ticket more than once? I can't hold the frustrating feeling I'm holding the whole weekend..

Late last night yesterday. They haven't replied again, though.
