fantasia didnt work?

I purchased and drank a fantasia potion however, it didn't work. When I log out it doesnt give me the option to re-edit my character at all?

If the servers are congested (can't see your character in the character select screen), you won't be able to enter the character edit screen.

your character also needs to be naked in game for it to work right click name is it then should give you option to change

This happened to me as well, but as others said it's because you can't see your character on the character select screen. I waited until late when the servers were less congested and logged in and it allowed me to edit my character. It's a pain, but it very likely did work.
