Constant 90006 Errors after Going into New Instances

Since the latest patch, I've run into the issue of 90006 errors soon after going into a new instance (zone, dungeon, ex trial). The typical behavior is that everything
freezes except me for around 15 seconds and I am kicked from the game. On rare occasions, my client will catch up to the server.

Frequency: 3-5 times per day
Timing: Throughout the entire day
Duration: Up to an hour from start of occurrence
Other info:

• I am directly connected via Ethernet cable.
• Client is stable prior to changing zones.
• I have not observed connection with any other games or applications, including extended video calls.
• Repro steps are simply going into a new instance via teleport or duty finder then moving/interacting with entities in the instance. Error typically occurs in a few minutes.

The 90006's have been bad this morning. If you could grab the IP to the datacenter. Install WinMTR let it run for 5 minutes when having the problem and post results here. Tech Support might be able to get past the L1 mentality and see the tons of threads pointing out the obvious issue and respond. Perhaps.
