Unable to get Master Weaver III for lvl 60 Weaver Quest

To do the lvl 60 Weaver Quest (Never Leave without a Good-bye) I need recipes 'contained within Master Weaver III'.
To get this Master Weaver III, there are vendors that trade White Scrips for the tome.
I cannot get White scrips until I get max level in my crafter.
(i just got to 60, I would need to power level to 90)

Is this correct?
It feels very dumb to now have to completely stop doing the quests until I get to max level. Especially since the quests were an excellent source of xp

White Scrips are the currently lowest earnable scrips. Yellow got sicontinued with EW release and everything previousely available from yellow scrips is now white scrips.

To clarify, no, you do not need to be max level. Check in at Idyllshire for turning in collectibles for scrips.
