As the title says I'm unable to change the interface language of the Forum to English, even tho I locked it in. Everything is German. I live in Germany and I speak both languages fluently, but I prefer having everything in English.
Meanwhile the store language I can't even try to change, the option is now grayed out.

Is the language decided by IP or what? Because my PC, system locale included and browser are all set to English.
