Please help, I can't get a response from SE

Hello,

So on my account, when I try to log into my main character, I get an Unexpected Error (13a) and the game crashes. I made an alt so I could play the game, and the alt works just fine.

I was even able to log into my main from another computer and it worked, just from my desk top at home, it crashes the game. I've reinstalled the game several times, to no avail.

The game WORKS, just not if I try to log my main. I've been trying to get technical help from SE but their automated responses just send me back to the support page, and I've been in this loop for 2 weeks now.
