Companion App Suggestion: Add FC Officer Controls

Ran into an issue where a few FC members violated FC rules and guidelines in Discord. While they were removed from Discord, no leadership was online and available (primarily due to work and long queues) to follow up on disciplinary actions in game.

This is a request to add basic FC controls to the companion app so that hostile parties can be formally removed from the FC remotely. I understand that this may not be preferable to in-game actions, and the implications for adding such controls via the companion app may come with concerns, but it is needed to limit the effects of bad actors on our communities.
