I feel like it should be a 20s CD personally. 40s is just too long for what is essentially now part of a core setup into using blitzes. I was torn on sticking with sam or continuing with mnk in endwalker. Got em both to 90 and mnk just feels so clunky that I hate it. The potency on the blitzes are also stupid. Right now its better to do double phoenix first than it is to just do a phoenix and elixer.
