log in to be stuck under terrain

1. Log into game
2. Wait in queue of 1300 people (roughly 80 minutes)
3. wait while now loading screen takes about 3 minutes (usually 10 seconds)
4. Only see terrain for the zone

Can you use return?

Are you able to use duty finder to get you character moved forcibly

I could not teleport or return, and did not think of using duty finder. I ended up alt-F4ing and ending up at the bottom of the queue.
