Using Sharpcast after T3 Proc consumes the ability

Steps to Replicate:

1. Use a charge of Sharpcast, wait 20 seconds, and then Cast Fire III or Blizzard III to activate the Astral Fire / Umbral Ice timer.
2. Cast a Thunder 3 once the Fire III or Blizzard III has finished casting. The ability will be consumed as normal, granting the Thundercloud buff for the next Thunder 3 cast.
3. Wait until the charge count for Sharpcast hits 2 again(This should be less than 10 seconds if following the prior two steps), and then use a second charge of Sharpcast.
4. Cast another Thunder 3, and then use a third charge of Sharpcast immediately(within 0.7 seconds of) after using the spell.
5. Use Transpose immediately(within 0.7 seconds) after using the third Sharpcast, but do not cast any further spells.
6. The third Sharpcast will be consumed and the Thundercloud buff refreshed, although no additional spells were casted after the Thunder 3 used before the third Sharpcast.
