Symbols instead of numbers on hotbar after EW update

Date & Time: 3rd December, 2021

Frequency: 100% of the time

World name: Zodiark

Character name: Rosalinde Tayne

Steps:
1. Have PC system/keyboard language set to Dutch(...) or any language other than English(...)
2. Run FFXIV

Expected results:
Numbers are displayed on the hotbar

Actual results:
The symbols of the numeric keys are displayed on the hotbar

Additional information:
As far as I checked, any language other than English(...) seems to have changed for this part.
Some of the affected languages are:
Dutch(Belgium)
Dutch(Netherlands)
Dutch(...)

Some FC members have also seen that this has changed from their side.

This changed after the Endwalker update.
