FFXIV keeps switching my character mid queue.

Okay this is pissing me off so bad especially during the insane queue times we have right now. Last Saturday I tried to log on with my Main Character with the queue of 5k-ish...I notice that every now and then my queue would add 2k to my number and I was super confused and pissed off by it...after 4 hours of it constantly adding 2k I finally got to load in only to find that it had logged me on my other Character. WTF I swore I confirmed it was my Main but somehow it logged me in as one of my alts...I spent another 3 hours in queue just to log back in my Main totaling 7 HOURS! of waiting...its been doing this every time I'm in queue and now its switching characters more often now to the point where I can't take my eyes off the queue or it'll switch without me knowing and bumping my queue up 2k every time...Is anybody else having this issue? I will not be able to play at all if its gonna do this to me every time I have to log in.

I am also having this issue. Get down to almost 1k in queue, then suddenly look up and it's back near 3k and a character 3 slots down my list is now highlighted. Anyone looking into this at all?

This is also and issue i've been dealing with and found no real solution. I've contacted support to be told it a congestion/data problem. I did what was suggested and even reinstalling the game hoping replacing files would work, but no dice. Below was the answer I've gotten, it haven't worked for me but it may at least give some clarity as to what might be happening. Really I'd like a fix but if it's really just congestion...then I guess that's it.

If anyone has an answer then that would be great. It is starting to get a bit annoying.
