Please consider giving more compensation for errors/congestion
I want to preface this by saying that I know the Devs are working hard and doing what they can to keep things running as smooth as they can and to keep the players happy.
The problem is the dreaded 2002 error. Queues are understandable, but the fact that every single time I get the 2002 error, I get kicked to the back of a 5k queue. Every single time. It takes me multiple hours to be able to get into game, due to the fact that I get that error regularly, even more often since the maintenance. It is currently 6:30 p.m. and I have been bouncing in and out of the queue since 2:00 p.m. and I am currently position # 3873.
I was told that if you get that error, it is suppose to retain your position in queue. If this really was the case, I wouldn't be so unhappy with how this expansion has dropped. Getting kicked to the end of the queue after getting down to the 1000s over and over again makes me not want to even try to play the game. Server congestion will likely span for weeks, so to get only 1 week of free time is... personally kind of insulting. I know some players will be ecstatic over that, especially free to play players.
Now before anyone says "Just log in earlier". I work a full time job where I don't get home until between 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. I cannot just "log in earlier", especially when I get the 2002 error constantly. By the time I am able to actually get in game, it's 9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. or even later, which sometimes doesn't even leave any time to be able to play the game.
The main reason I bought the pre-order package was for early access, but unfortunately, like many other players, it is very difficult to even get in game. :(
