Error 2002 four times since 6PM EST- What is being done to fix this SE?

Sitting in the queue then being jettisoned out of line.. only to log back in to an even larger queue each time is not how I planned to spend my day. This has happened 4 times already and I'm pretty sure it will happen again as I set a 5k in queue. Would like to know what SE is planning to do to address this issue.
Also.. would suggest you give a free mogstation gift to subscribers! A new mount would be nice to ride.. once I'm able to actually log in :rolleyes::D
