Frequency: multiple people in FC having same issue

Class/Level: BLM/86

Steps:
1. Log in, select character, and get dumped into the queue
2. Wait a long time in the queue
3. Queue drops to "Players in queue: 1"
4. No further progress seems to be made. :confused:
