with the long ques. and the company claiming the servers are full. how many players can the servers hold at one time?

19K stable but 20k can cause instability. They added backup servers so it's up to 21k or so. So let's say you're on Faerie, I believe what this means is 21k players can play on Faerie at once. If the world is full and they hit their hard cap, you have to wait for players to exit the game before playing. Soft cap would be a queue after let's say 15k users but you're waiting on a timer, not so much by availability. At least that's how I understand it.
