Help! Getting back to Radz-at-Han

I just finished the level 85 dungeon Vanaspati. I returned home with getting the aetheryte. How do I get back to the city?
HALP

Teleport the The Great Works and head northwest on the map.. Talk to the NPC at the door like you did the first time to enter.

Thank you so much. I thought the NPC would be in Yedlihmad and had totally forget where we first entered the city. It's hard to tell from the map. You're the best. I spent so much time looking around and talking to random NPCS.

You can also go back to the Confluence (next to the Annex) and have the lady send you to Yedlihmad again. It's a convenient free trip to R-A-H every time too. ;)
